A first Ultimate Poker Challenge event for women only is scheduled for February 9 - 10, 2007 at Binion's in Las Vegas, Nevada. As with all UPC events, the women's event will be syndicated nationally on local television beginning in March. The main tournament will be held on Friday, February 9th at 4 PM, with the final table being played on Saturday, February 10th at 4 PM.
The direct buy in for The Ultimate Women's Poker Challenge is $200 + $35. In addition, Binion's Casino will be running satellite single table tournaments starting on Thursday, February 8th, with buy in of $20. The Ultimate Women's Poker Challenge will be sponsored by Woman Poker Player Magazine.
