Tour De France 2005 opened yesterday with all eyes on six-time champion Lance
Armstrong. The 92nd Tour de France will take 3 weeks, and close on July 24th.
21 teams of 9 riders each participate in the Tour, with a total of 189 competitors.
Americans seems to dominate the Tour from A to Z: favorites are Armstrong (of
course) and 26 year old David Zabriskie from Salt Lake City. The first stage
of the Tour ended with 4 American riders in the top 6.

2. Lance Armstrong (USA - DSC) at 2"
