These are the additional betting options you can find on the Craps table. After
we covered the basic and safe bets - pass/don’t pass line, come/don’t
come and the different odds bets – here are the risky ones.
In these cases the odds are against the player, but if you are in the mood
to take a chance on craps, here they are the “are you feeling lucky, punk?”
bets.

Horn bets
The bet is that the next roll will be a certain number (2, 3, 11 or
12).
The bet is placed on the two printed dice on the table which add up
to the chosen number. The bet can be placed on any one roll of the dice.
You win:
- 15:1 for bets on 3 or 11.
- 30:1 for bets on 2 or 12.
Any craps bets
The bet is that the next roll will be 2, 3 or 12.
The bet is placed on the ANY CRAPS field printed on the table. The
bet can be placed on any one roll of the dice.
You win:
- 7 times your bet if shooter tosses a 2, 3 or 12.
Field bets
The bet is placed on the FIELD bar before a roll. The bet, is
on 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, 11 or 12. You win 1:1 when:
- The next roll is 3, 4, 9, 10 or 11.
You win 2:1 when:
- The next roll is 2 or 12.
You loose when:
- The next roll is 5, 6, 7 or 8.
Any 7 bets
The bet is that the next roll will be a 7.
The bet is placed on the SEVEN printed on the table. The bet can be
placed on any one roll of the dice.
You win:
- 4 times your bet if shooter tosses a 7.
Any 11 bets
The bet is that the next roll will be an 11.
The bet is placed on the two printed dice on the table which add up
to 11. The bet can be placed on any one roll of the dice.
You win:
- 15 times your bet if shooter tosses a 11.
Big 6 bet
The bet is placed on the 6 box printed in the left corner of the table.
The bet is that 6 will be rolled before an out 7.
You can remove n unresolved bet.
You win 1:1 when:
- shooter rolls a 6 before the end of the round.
You loose when:
- the round ends with an out 7.
Big 8 bet
The bet is placed on the 8 box printed in the left corner of the table.
The bet is that 8 will be rolled before an out 7.
You can remove n unresolved bet.
You win 1:1 when:
- shooter rolls a 8 before the end of the round.
You loose when:
- the round ends with an out 7.
Place win bets
A place bet is a bet on a single number (the number can be 4, 5, 6,
8, 9 0r 10) to be rolled before an out 7.
The bet is placed on a narrow, unsigned bar under the box in which
the chosen number is printed.
You win:
- 7:6 for bets on 6 or 8.
- 7:5 for bets on 5 or 9.
- 9:5 for bets on 4 or 10.
Place lose bets
The opposite bet of place win bet. Here you bet that an out 7 will
be rolled before the number you placed a lose bet on.
The lose bet is on a single number (the number can be 4, 5, 6, 8,
9 0r 10).
The bet is placed on a narrow, unsigned bar above the box in which
the chosen lose number is printed.
You win:
- 4:5 for bets on 6 or 8.
- 5:8 for bets on 5 or 9.
- 5:11 for bets on 4 or 10.
Buy bets
A buy bet is a bet on a single number (the number can be 4, 6, 8, 9
0r 10) to be rolled before an out 7.
The bet is placed on the box in which the chosen number is printed,
the bet is marked with a BUY sign which differs it from a come bet.
There is a vigorish (a vig. ? a gambling toll) of 5% on the bet
which is returned in case of a lose or removing the bet.
You can not place a buy bet during come out roll.
You win:
- 6:5 for bets on 6 or 8.
- 3:2 for bets on 5 or 9.
- 2:1 for bets on 4 or 10.
Lay bets
A lay bet is a the opposite bet to a buy bet. Here you bet that an
out 7 will be rolled before the number you placed a lay bet on.
The lay bet is placed on a single number (the number can be 4, 6, 8,
9 0r 10) to be rolled before an out 7.
The bet is placed above the box in which the chosen number is printed,
the bet is marked with a LAY sign which differs it from a don?t
come bet. There is a vigorish (a vig. ? a gambling toll) of 5%
on the bet, unresolved bets may be removed.
You may place a buy bet during come out roll.
You win:
- 5:6 for bets on 6 or 8.
- 2:3 for bets on 5 or 9.
- 1:2 for bets on 4 or 10.
Hardway bets
The bet is that the shooter will roll a certain number in doubles (the
number can be 4, 6, 8 or 10) before rolling a 7.
The bet is placed on the two printed dice on the table which add up
to the chosen number (2+2, 3+3, 4+4 or 5+5).
unresolved bets may be removed.
You usually can not place this bet during a come out roll.
You win:
- 8:1 for bets on 2+2 or 5+5.
- 10:1 for bets on 3+3 or 4+4.
