After you’ve practiced of course, you are now ready to learn a great strategy
for Black Jack. Here are a few simple rules in a simple list you can print and
use while playing.
Never try guessing the dealer’s hidden cards - no point to it. Instead,
focus on the total of your cards, and the total of the dealer’s showing
cards.
* 11 or less – always draw a card.
* 17 or higher – always stand.
Pair splitting:
In case you get two cards of the same value you can split them and play two
hands-
* Always split when you got a pair of aces or a 8-8.
* Never split a 10-10, or a 5-5.
* In other cases, split only when the dealer holds a 4 to 6. If the dealer’s
card is higher than 6 do not split. Draw or stand according to the rules above.

Double the bet (a soft hand)-
1. Double if you’re holding an 11 and the dealer holds 2 to 10.
2. Double if you’re holding a 10 and the dealer holds 2 to 9.
3. Double if you’re holding a 9 and the dealer holds 3 to 6.
4. If you’re holding an A+2 up to an A+7 double the bet only if the dealer
has 4,5, or 6.
5. If you’re holding an A+6 double it against the dealer’s A+2+3.
Or an A+7 against a 3.
Always stand when you’re holding: A+8, A+9 or A+10.
