Online poker room Ultimate Bet has reported that two players hit the site’s Bad Beat Jackpot within less than four hours, taking a total amount of $782.378. The Bad Beat tables offer regular Texas Hold’em games with an added feature: players pay $0.50 to a side pot that keeps growing until a player suffers a bad beat by losing a hand with four 8s or anything better, 65% of the jackpot is divided among the players in the table, and all the players in Jackpot tables with the same limits and game type get a share too.

Player Italic was the first to hit the jackpot and won $202,602 after losing with a hand of four 8s to a hand of four Aces. The winner took $101,301, seven players sitting in Bad Beat table with Italic got $2,366 each, and each of the 62 other players who were sitting at Bad Beat tables got $1,366. Less than 4 hours later the jackpot got hit again, this time by player HOSSDOG556 who won $51,670, and another $103,340 were split among 182 players.
