Baccarat is a popular and elegant card game, simple and fun. The object of
the game is to guess who is holding the winning hand, the banker or the player,
or will the game end with a tie.
The winning hand is the hand that sums up to the higher numerical value. The
value of a hand is summed like this:
* Tens, K's, Q's and J's count as zero
* Sum up the numerical cards your hand contains (except 10)
* The last digit of your total sum is the value of your hand
The higher hand wins, equal hands means a tie.
First the banker and the player are dealt two cards. If those cards sum up
to 8 or 9, the hand is called a "natural", and the game ends. If the
hand is lower than 9 or 8, you can receive one more card.

A winning bet on a player's hand pays 1:1.
A winning bet on a banker's hand pays 0.95:1 (there is a 5% commission).
A winning bet on a tie hand pays 8:1.
If the game results in a tie, the bets made on the banker or the player are
returned.
