Lance Armstrong currently ranked first in Tour De France, leading in the finish
of the 4th out of 21 stages. Armstrong's team, The Discovery Channel, also set
the fastest average speed for a team time trial, a new record of 57.31km/h.
The first three stages of the tour were dominated by David Zabriskie, who now
dropped to the 9th spot. Zabriskie crashed into a barricade, consequently loosing
a lot of skin, as well as the yellow jersey.
Top 5 riders in the 4th stage are:

2. George Hincapie (USA - DSC) at 55"
3. Jens Voigt (GER) - CSC) at 1’04"
4. Bobby Julich (USA - CSC) at 1’07"
5. Jose Luis Rubiera (ESP - DSC) 1’14"
